We're a noodle bar focused on bold flavors, ramen, and craveable comfort dishes-and we're looking for someone who takes pride in what they put on a plate.
Your day to day:
- Execute dishes consistently and with attention to detail
- Work multiple stations (ramen, fry, saute, prep)
- Keep a clean, organized, and efficient station
- Support your team during busy service
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times
What we are looking for:
- 1-2yrs Kitchen experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to move with urgency during peak hours
- Team-first mindset- no egos, just execution
- Pride in quality and consistency
