Front of House (Guest Services) & Back of House (Kitchen)

Chick-fil-A is currently hiring dependable team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in their work. We are especially seeking individuals who demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and a sense of urgency.

Current Hiring Priorities:

We are primarily hiring candidates who can work the following schedules:

Day Shift (Front of House & Back of House) Open – 4PM or 8am or 9am to 4pm
Mid-Shift (Front of House) 12pm to 4pm
Closing Shift (Front of House & Back of House) Start times between 2PM – 4PM until Close (approximately 11PM)

** All candidates must be available to work at least one weeknight closing shift and both Friday and Saturday evenings.**

**Back of House Saturday Requirement: Kitchen team members must be available to work at least 2PM – 8PM on Saturdays.**

Available Positions

Front of House (Cashier / Guest Services)

Front of House team members help create a welcoming and efficient experience for every guest.

Responsibilities include:

Providing friendly and professional guest service
Taking orders accurately and efficiently
Supporting front counter, drive-thru, and dining room operations
Maintaining a clean and welcoming environment

Back of House (Kitchen Team Member)

Kitchen team members prepare our menu items with precision while maintaining Chick-fil-A’s high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and quality.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing food according to Chick-fil-A procedures and standards
Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen
Supporting a fast-paced production team during busy periods
Ensuring food safety and quality standards are consistently met
