Front-of-House (Customer Service) Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and anticipate their needs to provide a seamless experience.
- Accurately take and deliver orders with efficiency and care.
- Handle transactions while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Keep your workspace clean and organized.
- Continuously look for ways to enhance the guest experience without being prompted.
- Serve guests at the front counter and serve guests inside and outside in the Drive Thru
Back-of-House (Kitchen Team) Responsibilities:
- Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food that meets Chick-fil-A’s exacting standards.
- Safely and efficiently operate kitchen equipment.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen environment.
- Anticipate what’s needed to ensure smooth operations and stay one step ahead.
Prior kitchen experience is a plus but not required!
Dining Room Attendant Responsibilities:
- Engage with guests, anticipating their needs and providing assistance without being asked.
- Ensure the dining room remains clean, welcoming, safe, and fully stocked.
- Refresh beverages and offer additional support to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and promptly handle trash removal.
