Front-of-House Key Responsibilities:

Greeting customers and taking orders
Serving food and beverages
Handling cash and credit card transactions
Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Collaborating with team members to ensure efficient operations
Providing exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction

Back-of-House Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook and present food safely, quickly, and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Director
Prior experience as a cook, grill cook, fry cook, prep cook, line cook, chef, or restaurant crew member, team member or other BOH restaurant jobs is not required
