Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Supervisor: Director of Maintenance and Director of Facilities
FLSA Status: Salary Non-Exempt
Prerequisite:
- Prior restaurant maintenance experience
- Up to date certifications in refrigeration, and HVAC
- Travel to North Greenville, Hendersonville and, cities around the Asheville area is required and Vehicle will be provided
Duties and Responsibilities
- Repair malfunctioning equipment units and broken structures
- Install machinery systems·
- Quality check equipment regularly to ensure everything is in working order
- Perform minor building, HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical and painting repairs as necessary
- Implement preventative maintenance measures.
- Maintain inventory of repair equipment and supplies
- Complete inspections of restaurants with RVP’s and AD’s when necessary.
- Respond quickly in the event of an emergency, notify appropriate personnel and follow safety protocol
- Perform other maintenance duties as requested.
- Follow up and complete store maintenance list.
- Send in completed work tickets and time sheets on Monday for previous week.
- Keep company vehicles clean and maintained.
- Communicate any maintenance items that need replaced if can’t be fixed or cost too much due to age or condition of equipment.
- Communicate to store manager, Ad’s, RDO’s on status of repairs
Physical Requirements
- Occasional lifting up to 40 lbs +
- Frequent: Climbing, crawling, bending, stooping, kneeling Position will be responsible for up to 20 locations.
