We’re opening a new delivery-focused location in the heart of Boston, and we’re looking for a gritty, friendly, and caring General Manager to lead our team with passion and purpose. What You’ll Do:

As our General Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our delivery-focused restaurant, leading with a servant’s heart to ensure operational excellence, unforgettable guest experiences, and a positive team culture. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead with Passion: Inspire and coach a diverse team to deliver exceptional service, fostering a culture of care and accountability.
  • Drive Delivery Excellence: Oversee seamless operations, from order accuracy to efficient delivery through platforms like DoorDash and Uber Eats, ensuring every guest receives their meal hot, fresh, and on time.
  • Build Community Connections: Use your bilingual (English/Spanish) skills to connect with team members, creating a welcoming environment for Boston’s diverse community.
  • Manage the Numbers: Own financial performance, including sales growth, cost control, and profitability, while maintaining high standards for food quality and safety.
  • Innovate and Grow: Leverage data and technology to optimize delivery operations, streamline processes, and enhance the guest experience.
  • Be the Glue: Handle scheduling, inventory, and team development with grit and grace, ensuring our restaurant runs smoothly even during the busiest rushes.

Who You Are:

We’re looking for someone who embodies our values and brings energy to everything they do:

  • A gritty leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.
  • Friendly and caring, with a genuine passion for making people feel valued and supported.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills to connect with our diverse team and community.
  • 3+ years of restaurant management experience, ideally in QSR or delivery-focused operations.
  • A problem-solver with a track record of driving results, from sales to guest satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards is a plus.
  • A team player who leads by example and is excited to grow with a new, innovative brand.
  • Comfortable leading a team in a kitchen.
