What You'll Do
Responsibilities may vary based on each client's needs and individualized plan of care and may include:
- Providing companionship and personal care
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Helping with meal preparation and feeding
- Providing light housekeeping and linen changes
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Providing transportation or assistance with errands and appointments, when applicable
- Observing and reporting changes in a client's condition
- Following the client's plan of care and applicable care procedures
- Maintaining client dignity, privacy, and confidentiality
What We're Looking For

- A passion for helping others
- Dependability and a commitment to providing high-quality care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to follow a care plan and work independently
- The ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
