As a Trainer, you will train new reps on the doors through direct-to-home training, and as a Manager, you will set expectations with new hires for specific benchmark/goal attainment opportunities. We offer per-sit pay and install bonuses, and we give you all the tools you need to make $45k-$75k a year starting out, with advancement opportunities and direct sales marketing leadership positions that pay over $150k+ per year.
