Customer Service - Office Administration

Rate of pay$22 - 24 per hour

Tephra has created a fun working environment for employees both in the office and within our sales teams. The growth of our company has not slowed down since we went into business in 2017 and we are looking for a perfect fit for our customer service - office administration team. Our Expectations:

  • Listening and resolving customer concerns. We are here to assist our homeowners with any concerns that might arise.
  • Being detail oriented and organized is a key component to this position. You will need to stay organized throughout the day to ensure all items are completed correctly as well as correctly documented in our systems.
  • Self-Motivated. We will train the right person on the position requirements but working as a customer service/ office administrator requires you to be self-motivated during the less busy times.
  • Bilingual - Spanish speaking representative.

Customer Service Representative Job Description:

Tephra is looking for an experienced and seasoned customer service - office administrator who will be on top of their performance and make a contribution to the overall excellence of our customer service department.

We are the first line of contact with the customers for our business. So, that means that we need a person who fully understands the importance of this job and is willing to show all the dedication needed.

Customer service is important for building trust with customers. The perfect candidate must have great organizational and communication skills.

A perfect candidate must also be creative, organized, and highly motivated.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service - Office Administration Member:

  • Answers incoming calls for the customer service department.
  • Records customer concerns within our programs.
  • Provides adequate solutions to problems according to the policy.
  • Relays concerns to the correct departments or your direct manager.
  • Contacts new and existing customers.
  • General office duties.
