Manager - Front of House

Your Role: As a Front of House Manager, you will be a vital part of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing all aspects of our dining room and drive-thru operations. You will lead, coach, and inspire our FOH team members to deliver exceptional service, uphold our high standards of quality and cleanliness, and create a welcoming atmosphere for every guest. This role is perfect for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Experience: Ensure every guest receives prompt, courteous, and accurate service, resolving any guest concerns with professionalism and care.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, coach, and motivate FOH team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Conduct performance reviews and support individual growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily FOH operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, inventory control, and maintaining cleanliness and organization.
  • Quality & Safety: Uphold Chick-fil-A's strict food safety and quality standards, ensuring all products are prepared and served correctly.
  • Efficiency: Monitor and improve speed of service, order accuracy, and overall operational efficiency in both the dining room and drive-thru.
  • Culture & Values: Champion Chick-fil-A's values, creating a culture of care, teamwork, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting. Chick-fil-A leadership experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional guest service abilities with a genuine desire to serve others.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and Saturdays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college or degree preferred.
