Team Leader - Front of House

The Front of House Team Leader is a shift-level leader who sets the tone for the guest experience from the moment someone walks through the door or pulls into the drive-thru. This role goes beyond executing tasks — it's about leading people with humility and energy, delivering 2nd-Mile service, and creating a shift culture where every team member is set up to succeed. You'll work alongside managers to maintain operational excellence and be a visible, trustworthy presence for both guests and the team. This isn't just a step up — it's the start of your leadership story. As a FOH Team Leader at our Colleyville Blvd. & Main location, you'll lead real shifts, develop real skills, and make a real impact every day.

Position Type:

  • Full-time/Part-time

WHAT YOU'LL DO

•     Lead the front of house during your assigned shifts, directing team members across the dining room, drive-thru, and front counter.

•     Deliver 2nd-mile service and hospitality and coach your team to do the same.

•     Manage cash accountability, operational metrics, and shift-level documentation.

•     Keep the guest experience running smoothly from open to close — clean, fast, and welcoming.

•     Serve as a key holder; open and/or close the restaurant as scheduled.

•     Support daypart transitions and reset the restaurant for the next rush.

•     Be a go-to resource for your team — calm under pressure, clear in direction, generous with encouragement.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

•     A natural leader who leads by example and earns trust through action.

•     Someone with a growth mindset — eager to learn, be coached, and develop others.

•     Available 30+ hours per week including weekends, with flexibility to open and/or close.

•     Strong communicator who can give direction, receive feedback, and resolve issues professionally.

•     Reliable transportation to report to work consistently and on time.

•     Previous restaurant or team leadership experience preferred, but not required.

•     Alignment with Chick-fil-A's mission, values, and hospitality standards.

WHAT WE OFFER

•     Competitive pay: $15–$18/hour based on experience.

•     Tailored health insurance plan.

•     401(k) with a generous company matching program to help you build long-term financial security.

•     Leadership development through Chick-fil-A's Pathway training program.

•     A team culture built on care, excellence, and 2nd mile service.

•     Scholarship opportunities through Chick-fil-A's national program.

•     Sundays off — always.

•     Meal discounts and team perks.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & SCHEDULE

•     Must be available to work weekends (Saturday availability required).

•     Ability to lift and carry 10–40 lbs on a regular basis.

•     Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout each shift.

•     Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions as needed.

•     Must maintain a flexible schedule to support restaurant operations across all dayparts.

•     Reliable transportation required.
