Back of House Team Members are the foundation of the guest experience at Colleyville Blvd. & Main Chick-fil-A — the skilled, safety-minded kitchen crew that makes great-tasting food possible on every shift. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Prepare and produce food according to Chick-fil-A's recipe standards with consistency and care.
• Follow all food safety protocols on every shift — no shortcuts, no exceptions.
• Monitor temperatures, hold times, and portion accuracy to protect food quality for every guest.
• Keep your station and the kitchen clean, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
• Support daypart transitions by resetting and restocking the kitchen efficiently.
• Minimize waste through accurate prep forecasting and LEAN kitchen practices.
• Be a reliable, positive presence that your team can count on every shift.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & SCHEDULE
• Must be available to work weekends (Saturday availability required).
• Ability to lift and carry 10–40 lbs on a regular basis.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout each shift.
• Ability to work in a warm kitchen environment for the duration of your shift.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions as needed.
• Flexible schedule availability across dayparts.
• Reliable transportation required.
