Team Member - Front of House (AM)

Front of House Team Members are the face of the Colleyville Blvd. & Main Chick-fil-A — the first smile a guest sees and the last impression they carry with them. WHAT YOU'LL DO

•     Welcome guests with genuine warmth and enthusiasm at the counter, drive-thru, and dining room.

•     Take and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently, delivering quality food every time.

•     Keep the dining room, restrooms, and guest areas clean, stocked, and inviting throughout your shift.

•     Support the drive-thru with speed and hospitality at every order and handoff point.

•     Be a positive, encouraging presence for your teammates.

•     Follow all food safety and quality procedures to protect every guest.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & SCHEDULE

•     Must be available to work weekends (Saturday availability required).

•     Ability to lift and carry 10–40 lbs on a regular basis.

•     Ability to stand for extended periods of time throughout each shift.

•     Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions as needed.

•     Flexible schedule availability across dayparts.

•     Reliable transportation required.
