An Assistant Manager is the second level of leadership at the Neshaminy Chick-fil-A. An Assistant Manager is a candidate who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and preforms with excellence and consistency each and every day. Our management team is responsible for working side by side with our senior leadership in executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. Our Assistant Manager's main areas of focus are prioritizing our guests needs while exhibiting Chick-fil-A's core value of hospitality, completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Team Leader Responsibilities:
- Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
- Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
- Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team
- Be a friendly, encouraging team player
- Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder
- Count drawers and finalize day
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken

Expectations:
- Executing shift plan and/or providing support to Manager overseeing shift
- Assign Team Member and Team Leader positions
- Assigning breaks
- Opening and Closing restaurant
- Cash handling and cash management tasks and responsibilities
- Training/coaching new and current Team Members/Team Leaders
- Address and resolve guest complaints
- Prioritize food safety and ensure all Team Members are adhering to Chick-fil-A policies and procedures
- Act as a responsible steward of resources and equipment
- Contribute to achieving team business goals set by Director and/or Operator
- Serve as a role model, aligning with Chick-fil-A's visions, mission, and core values
- Work safely and with a sense of urgency at all times
