Responsibilities:
- Must be able to safely and effectively work all kitchen positions including, prep, breading, preparing, assembling, and fries.
- Be knowledgeable of all kitchen assignments, policies, and procedures.
- Keep kitchen neat, clean, and orderly at all times
- Adhere to all Chick-fil-A food safety policies and procedures
- Must be able to work in a high volume and face paced environment
- Work safely around all kitchen equipment. Immediately reporting and equipment issues or maintenance needs to Kitchen Director and Store Director
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training.
- Stay up-to-date with any and all policy/procedure changes. Keep up-to-date with new product roll outs from Chick-fil-A
- Complete all opening and closing tasks as assigned
- Oversee a team of 7-10 BOH team members
- Assign positions and breaks during assign shift
Preferred Skills:
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure. Working with a sense of urgency at all time.
- Consistent and reliable
- Must have a positive attitude and be willing to lead by example at all times
- Strongly enjoys serving and helping others. Customer Oriented
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Work well in a team environment. Lead by example
- Experience in the food and beverage industry required.

Work Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, and weekend availability.
- Monday to Friday, holidays, night shifts, and overtime.
- On-site position only.
