Dining room Host

As a Chick-fil-A Dining Room Host, you will be responsible for the following:


1. Care for Guests:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

• Anticipate guests' needs and provide assistance as required.

• Deliver meals to guests at their table or designated pick-up areas, ensuring they have an excellent experience.


2. Maintain Cleanliness:

• Ensure overall cleanliness and tidiness of the dining room, playground, and surrounding areas.

• Maintain restrooms in a clean and sanitary condition.

• Perform hourly checks and follow checklists to uphold food safety and cleanliness standards in the restroom and dining room.


3. Stocking and Organization:

• Stock sauces, cups, lids, and other supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain order and cleanliness in the restaurant, parking lot, and green space.

• Collaborate with Front of House to support the overall business operation.


4. Training and Collaboration:

• Train and educate team members on providing a clean, inviting dine-in experience for every guest.

• Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a high level of service.


Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented and able to follow checklists and procedures.

• Willingness to collaborate with team members and support a positive work environment.

• Ability to adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards.

If hired for the Chick-fil-A Princeton Woods location, the employee will be immediately required to get trained and work at Chick-fil-A Dumfries before the tentative date of the grand opening for Princeton Woods.


Most Chick-fil-A® Restaurants are operated by independent franchised business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own content and policies.


Part-time team members will be ineligible for some of the benefits.
