The Assistant Manager role includes but is not limited to:
...working closely with the Store Manager and Owner to achieve Sales goals; learn all aspects of the buying and selling systems; work within the franchise model to do what is necessary to serve customers respectfully and complete business tasks efficiently and effectively; plan for and execute store events, promotions, and inventory counts; train, develop, and recognize staff appropriately; uphold and maintain effective franchise and store work standards, present a professional image at all times; be open to learning the business systems and growing as a professional throughout time of employment.
Previous retail and leadership experience required.
