The Stock Manager role includes but is not limited to:
- Managing inventory bins and contents
- Ensuring racks in store are full at start and end of each day
- Works with Store Manager and Owner to maintain a seamless inventory rotation system using existing inventory software program
- Manually moves bins (up to 40 lb. ea.) whenever necessary from back room to off-site storage area to keep inventory on floor fresh and back stock rotating
- Tags and back-stocks new items daily, ensuring accurate organization of items and inventory tracking system
- Planning for and organizing 2+ monthly store events; ensuring inventory levels meet event minimums
- Communicating with Store Manager, owner and staff relative to inventory needs and overages ensuring a balance is in place at all times.
- Conducts inventory of inventory bins monthly with owner and/or Store Manager.
- Reviews Inventory reports with owner to determine inventory levels
- Prepares items/bins for sales events
- Maintains cleanliness of back room at all times
Requirements:
- Must have full availability; 30 hours week including some weekends
- Must have minimum 2 years work experience and one full year at previous workplace
- Excellent work-related/supervisor reference(s)
