We are looking for purpose-driven Team Members to become an ultimate ambassador of our brand. As a Team Member you will help Guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. The successful Team Member will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
What our Team Members Do:
- Blends delicious tasting smoothies.
- Ensures Guest’s purpose is met when smoothies are ordered.
- Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience
- Properly preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.
- Performs opening and/or closing duties.
- Performs store checklist tasks.
- Shows up on time and ready to work.
- Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King
What our Team Members Need to Know:
- Ability to connect and communicate with guests, team members, with a “guest comes first” attitude.
- Energetic and dynamic team members who are excited about health and fitness
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- At least sixteen (16) years of age or older.
- Experience in a fast-food environment preferred, but not necessary.

Requirements:
- Team Member must be able to constantly operate a blender and POS cashier system.
- Team Member must be able to regularly move boxes, weighing up to 55 lbs., throughout the store.
- Team Member must be able to constantly position self to bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts.
- Team Member must be able to tolerate exposure to food allergens.
- Team Member must be able to work various shifts per week, including nights and weekends and some holidays. Our hours of operation are from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday.
- Team Member must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Team Member must have reliable transportation.
