Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food quickly and safely to Chick-fil-A’s high standards
- Operate various kitchen stations including fries, breading, and food prep
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Stock kitchen inventory and report maintenance issues promptly
- Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
- Stay updated on new products and complete in-house training
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A’s dress code and operational policies
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Reliable with a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capable of lifting and carrying moderate weights regularly
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and nights
- Ability to stand for extended periods
