Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile and create emotional connections with guests
Create eye contact and speak enthusiastically
Be team-oriented, adaptable, and dependable
Multitask quickly and effectively
Communicate with guests and Team Members
Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code
Display our core values of continuous improvement, hustle, and hospitality
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

Able to work independently and in a team
Flexible schedule availability
Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry 25-40 lbs
