Who We’re Looking For:
Rockin’ R is hiring a friendly, detail-oriented Cashier team member to support customers in a fast-paced river outfitting environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, adaptable, customer-focused, and comfortable handling money while delivering excellent service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver hospitality and provide a memorable experience to all guests and team members alike
- Process cash and card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist guests with check-in and answer questions about river trips and routes
- Provide clear, detailed instructions on trip logistics and safety guidelines
- Maintain an organized and clean checkout area
- Communicate with office and outdoor staff to ensure smooth operations
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Business Leader, Location Leaders and Operations Steward.
