Rockin' R Tubing Outfitters, is Gruene and New Braunfels best outfitter located on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers in Texas that provides a fun day on the river while focusing on safety and keeping the river as clean as possible. Who We’re Looking For:
Rockin’ R is looking for a guest-focused Bus Driver to deliver safe, reliable transportation and great guest experiences in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are adaptable, professional, and team-oriented, with a passion for customer service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver hospitality and provide a memorable experience to all guests and team members alike
- Maintain knowledge of outdoor offerings, events, and promotions
- Drive bus routes based on daily operational needs
- Assist in loading and unload tubes and rafts
- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Resolve customer issues with patience and empathy
- Complete a pre-ride and post- ride checklist per shift
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Business Leader, Location Leaders and Operations Steward.
