Rockin' Ris a dynamic and growing outdoor recreational business that specializes in providing exceptional outdoor experiences.

Who We’re Looking For:
The Location Leader is responsible for the day-to-day leadership, ensuring safe operations, exceptional guest experiences, and a strong team culture. This role leads, trains, and mentors guiding staff while modeling integrity, professionalism, and a consistently positive attitude. The Location Leader serves as the face of the company on-site, balancing operational excellence with memorable, high-quality river adventures for every guest.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver hospitality and provide a memorable experience to all guests and team members alike
- Communicate correctly and clearly with all customers and staff.
- Provide clear expectations of team members through thorough training
- Contribute to a positive, guest-focused team culture
- Maintain knowledge of outdoor offerings, events, and promotions
- Collaborate with staff to ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience
- Resolve guests issues with patience and empathy
- Gather customer feedback and recommend service improvements
- Organize chaos on a global scale.
- Oversee training and development of team members in your area of responsibility
- Leadership development of key team members and operations interns
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Business Leader
