Who We’re Looking For:
Rockin’ R is seeking motivated and reliable Maintenance / General Labor staff to support our vehicles, facilities, and outdoor spaces in a fast-paced river outfitting environment. This behind-the-scenes role plays a key part in keeping our operations safe, organized, and ready to support our guests. Team members are empowered to take pride in their work, adapt to changing needs, and help maintain a clean and functional environment for both customers and staff.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver hospitality and provide a memorable experience to all guests and team members alike
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting and carrying materials.
- Assist with construction and repair projects, including basic carpentry and site cleanup
- Support warehouse operations by organizing, stacking, and moving inventory
- Help maintain grounds and outdoor spaces through landscaping and groundskeeping
- Clean and maintain vehicles, tools, equipment, and work areas
- Assist with assembling equipment or materials using hand and power tools
- Work closely with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Follow all safety guidelines and report hazards or issues promptly
- Adapt to changing tasks and operational needs throughout the day
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Business Leader, Location Leaders and Operations Steward.
What You’ll Bring to the Job:
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Physical stamina and comfort performing hands-on labor
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (experience preferred, not required)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Flexibility and a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
- Complete all required training and certifications
