Rockin' R Tubing' Outfitters, is Gruene and New Braunfels best outfitter located on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers in Texas that provides a fun day on the river while focusing on safety and keeping the river as clean as possible. Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a friendly, organized Office Staff team member who enjoys helping customers and working with others. This role requires clear communication and the ability to answer questions about all five locations to help guests find the river experience that best fits their needs. A positive attitude, helpful nature, and strong teamwork skills are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver hospitality and provide a memorable experience to all guests and team members alike
- Answer phones and assist customers with questions about river trips and locations
- Provide clear, accurate information to help guests choose the right experience
- Perform general clerical and administrative tasks
- Support team members when they come into the office with questions or needs
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Deliver friendly, professional service to both guests and team members
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Business Leader, Location Leaders and Operations Steward.
