Rockin' R Tubing' Outfitters, is Gruene and New Braunfels best outfitter located on the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers in Texas that provides a fun day on the river while focusing on safety and keeping the river as clean as possible. Who We’re Looking For:
Rockin’ R is seeking a reliable, positive Operations Intern to support management across our river outfitting locations. This role helps ensure smooth daily operations while supporting staff and delivering a great customer experience. The ideal candidate is approachable, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn while leading by example for others. This is a great opportunity for students needing to satisfy internship requirements for high school or college level studies and/or would like to expand their resume to include a summer internship program.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver hospitality and provide a memorable experience to all guests and team members alike
- Support managers with daily operations at multiple locations
- Help ensure locations are opened and closed properly and support through shift change
- Assist in monitoring and enforcing safety protocols
- Support other team members and step in where help is needed
- Help resolve issues and contribute to positive guest experiences
- Set a strong example through professionalism, reliability, and work ethic
- Training and development of team members in your area of responsibility
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Business Leader, Location Leaders and Operations Steward.
