Who We’re Looking For:
Rockin’ R is hiring a friendly, guests-focused Retail Staff team member. This role helps customers select river trip essentials and souvenirs, processes sales, and creates a welcoming shopping experience. Ideal candidates enjoy working with people and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver hospitality and provide a memorable experience to all guests and team members alike
- Assist guests with selecting river gear, apparel, and souvenirs
- Take pride in representing, maintaining, and promoting our products
- Process cash and card transactions accurately
- Answer guest questions and provide helpful product recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked retail area
- Work closely with other team members to support smooth daily operations
- Other duties and projects as assigned by the Business Leader, Location Leaders and Operations Steward.
