In this role, you will be a leader and a critical component in ensuring the success of Chick-fil-A at Main & Almond. You will oversee front of house operations, develop a culture of growth-minded team members and leaders. As a Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn valuable leadership and people development skills, while being part of a positive and people-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee front of house operations
Develop a culture of growth-minded team members and leaders
Lead team members in various operational systems, with excellence
Support the hiring process and conduct interviews
Create and implement systems for innovation and high-performance teams
Provide daily goal-setting and performance feedback to team members

Requirements:

Strategic thinker, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy
Great communicator and able to handle difficult situations
Mature, dependable, and results-oriented
Ability to work in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and keen observation skills
Self-starter, creative, and flexible
Proven history of consistently performing at a high level
