This position is specifically for team members who have open availability for both opening and/or closing shifts. We are looking for dependable individuals who are willing and able to work opening and closing shifts based on business needs, including weekends.

As a Front of House Team Member, you will play an important role in creating remarkable experiences for our guests and community.
What to Expect:
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to every guest
- Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming restaurant environment
- Take guest orders accurately and assist guests with questions about the menu
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Chick-fil-A standards
- Ensure orders are complete, accurate, and presented with care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front-of-house environment
- Handle guest questions and concerns with a positive attitude and contribute to guest recovery
- Support dining room, drive-thru, front counter, and other FOH areas as needed
- Arrive on time, be prepared to work, and maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout your shift
- Constantly seek opportunities to improve and work more efficiently
- Be proactive in pursuing cross-training
- Follow established procedures for reporting absences and requesting shift coverage
- Ensure your appearance is in compliance with our guidelines
- Be a team player and display good stewardship
- Read, understand, and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
- Must have availability to work opening and/or closing shifts up to 5 days per week, including weekends, based on business needs.
Working Conditions:
This position requires working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and working indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
