We have full-time positions available for both day-shift and night-shift. If you have a coachable spirit and a genuine desire to serve others, we want to hear from you!

As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in creating remarkable experiences for our guests and community.


What to Expect:

  • Read, understand, and comply with all parts of the Team Member Handbook
  • Deliver correct portions that meet weight and presentation expectations
  • Ensure food packaging, presentation, and quality are top-level
  • Handle customer issues with a positive attitude and contribute to customer recovery
  • Arrive on time, be prepared to work, and maintain a professional and positive attitude throughout your shift
  • Constantly seek opportunities to improve and work more efficiently
  • Be proactive in pursuing certification and cross-training
  • Follow established procedures for reporting absences and requesting shift coverage.
  • Ensure your appearance is in compliance with our guidelines
  • Be a team player and display good stewardship
  • Use holding and timing systems accurately
  • Track waste and store according to procedure
  • Must have availability to work opening and/or closing shifts up to 5 days per week, including weekends, based on business needs.

Working Conditions: This position requires working in a fast-paced restaurant environment and may involve prolonged standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, and working around hot equipment and food-preparation areas.
