Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assess home environments to identify speech/language needs.
- Develop individualized plans of care in collaboration with patients and caregivers.
- Provide counseling and education to patients, caregivers, and families.
- Administer therapy programs using specialized techniques and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with physicians and healthcare practitioners.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid state licensure or certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
