Restaurant Host for Elizabeth's in Oakway Center

Join our team as a Restaurant Host and be part of a dynamic team where you will learn valuable customer service skills and gain experience in the food & beverage industry. A good host is not only a friendly face and often the first impression for guests coming into our restaurant, but also plays a very key role in a smooth dinner service for both servers and the kitchen. We are looking for someone energetic, up for a challenge, comfortable with learning software (we use Tock to manage our reservations), and a genuine people person.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
- Manage reservations and waitlists
- Work with the manager and server to ensure a smooth dinner service
- Help the hospitality team as needed with tasks such as silverware roll-ups, occasional bussing, and communicating timing of reservations
Requirements:
- Weekend availability: We are looking for someone to work our busiest evenings. If you're awesome, there could be more!
- Ability to stand for hours at a time
- No education requirements

Pay: $15 per hour
