We are passionate about Mediterranean food and are seeking a talented Sous Chef to join our team as our business grows. Key Responsibilities:

  • Kitchen Management: Assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of cooks and other food preparation workers. 
  • Food Preparation: Preparing dishes, ensuring quality and presentation.  
  • Menu Development: Assisting with menu planning, creating new recipes, and pricing menu items. 
  • Inventory Management: Tracking inventory, assisting with ordering supplies, and ensuring proper storage. 
  • Quality Control: Ensuring dishes meet quality standards, adhering to health and safety regulations. 
  • Kitchen Operations: Assist in overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, including prep work, meal service, and expediting orders.  
  • Safety Compliance: Ensuring the kitchen adheres to health and safety regulations. 
  • Problem-solving: Addressing issues as they arise, ensuring a smooth workflow.
