Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza is excited to announce the opening of our 15th location – and our 2nd in The Villages (Southern Trace) this October! We’re looking for skilled, dependable, and passionate Pizza Makers to join our Opening Team.

Hiring Interviews: September 10 – October 3, 2025 (or until slots are filled)
Orientation: Monday, October 6 – Mandatory (AM & PM options)
Training: October 7 – 11 – Mandatory (AM & PM sessions available)

About the Role – Pizza Maker
As a Pizza Maker at Piesanos, you’ll be at the center of our kitchen, preparing our signature stone-fired pizzas with consistency, quality, and care. From dough to toppings to the perfect bake, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the great taste our guests expect.
What You’ll Do:
Craft every pizza with care using our stone-fired ovens to deliver consistent quality and authentic flavor.
Work as part of a fast-paced kitchen team, communicating with cooks, servers, and managers to ensure smooth service.
Maintain high food quality standards by following recipes, portioning guidelines, and presentation specs.
Ensure freshness and safety by properly handling, storing, and rotating all food ingredients.
Assist with cutting vegetables and portioning toppings to support smooth prep and service.
Keep your station clean and organized throughout the shift to support efficiency and food safety.
Take pride in presentation by ensuring every pizza that leaves the oven meets company standards.
Support the team during peak hours by helping in other areas of the kitchen when needed.
Be proactive with equipment upkeep, reporting any issues with ovens or kitchen tools to management.
Deliver a positive guest experience indirectly — knowing your attention to detail impacts every table and carryout order.

Previous pizza-making or line cook experience preferred, but not required.
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
