General Manager

Urgent Hiring: General Manager


Key Responsibilities:

Oversee our restaurant's daily operations and lead our dedicated team of employees to ensure an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. We are known for delivering excellence in all areas of service, hospitality, food, and beverage, and candidates will have a passion for customer service and proven ability as a manager. Operational expertise and experience with budget management are crucial to this role.

  • Oversee day-to-day operations. 
  • Handle budget administration and preparation, including forecasting, profit and loss accountability, cost control, and inventories. 
  • Initiate marketing and brand promotions.
  • Provide superior service and customer care.
  • Manage the performance of team members and provides feedback to improve productivity.
  • Interview, select, and train new employees.
  • Ensure compliance with established health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of management experience in a high-volume or upscale restaurant.
  • Passion for hospitality and leadership with a focus on positive team culture.
  • Strong knowledge of both front and back of house operations.
  • Availability for full-time employment with a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.

Pay and Benefits:

  • Salary $60,000 - $75,000 base on experience and qualifications
  • Weekly pay/Direct deposit
