Our Hospitality Team Members are responsible for the cleanliness and presentation of all front-line areas. Duties include greeting guests, refreshing beverages, emptying waste receptacles, restocking condiments, cleaning restrooms, and ensuring that the interior and exterior of the store is exceptional at all times. This position is needed for at least 30 hours per week during peak periods of 11 AM - 7 PM. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, detail-oriented, able to work independently, and flexible.

Hospitality Responsibilities:
- Provide Second Mile Service to every guest
- Greet each guest with a friendly smile and positive attitude
- Maintain consistent attention to the cleanliness of the store, including the exterior and restrooms
- Respond appropriately to guest concerns and communicate with teammates to ensure a guest's positive experience
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs, counters and trays as needed to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Refresh beverages
- Restock the condiment counter to ensure guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal
- Sweep and mop the dining room and restrooms as needed
- Perform frequent restroom checks to ensure cleanliness
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be available 11 AM -7 PM, Monday-Saturday
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Proficient in English, Spanish is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and remain calm under pressure
