General Manager - O'Brien's Irish Pub & Grill

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations and ensuring customer satisfaction is our top priority. Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front of house (FOH) and back of house (BOH) operations, ensuring safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction
- Manage financial reports and utilize P&L statements to maintain a profitable business
- Source, hire, and continually develop team members through training and coaching
- Understand and enforce current HR laws and best practices
- Implement tactics and strategies to grow sales and promote the brand
- Schedule routine or emergency maintenance as needed
Job Requirements:
- Experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of financial management and ability to utilize P&L statements
- Understanding of HR laws and best practices
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Must close the store 4 nights a week
- High school degree or equivalent
