Team Member Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to every guest
- Take customer orders, process payments, and ensure order accuracy
- Prepare and serve food following Chick-fil-A quality, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dining room, kitchen, and restrooms
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations during all shifts
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and company procedures
- Communicate clearly with leaders and teammates to meet guest needs
- Handle guest concerns professionally and with a positive attitude
- Arrive on time and ready to work scheduled shifts
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work outdoors and tolerate all types of weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind (e.g., drive-thru, curbside, or order-taking roles)
Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older to work at this location
- Ability to work opening and/or closing shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Must have Saturday availability
- Reliable transportation to and from work
