The Chick-fil-A Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders within the organization by combining leadership theory, personality assessments, hands-on restaurant operational experience, and strategic thinking. This two-year program focuses on equipping leaders with the necessary skills to effectively manage teams, optimize business operations, and drive Chick-fil-A’s commitment to excellence and hospitality.
