Role Requirements - Front of House
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service by demonstrating honor, dignity and respect in all guest interactions
- Proficiency in a particular zone of the restaurant which could include but not limited to:
- Receiving Guest Orders
- Operate a cash register and receive payment from guest in cash, credit card, or digital format
- Accurately count US currency and provide change to customers as required
- Provide a high level of hospitality to every guest
- Assemble & Deliver Guest Orders
- Cleaning & restocking of front counter, condiment stands, and restrooms
- Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
- Work efficiently
- Able to work on your feet for several hours at a time
- Lift objects up to 20 lbs., when necessary
- Ability to work outside in various weather conditions for extended periods, with safety as our top priority
