- Other duties as assigned, including cleaning and food preparation
- Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
- Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
- Stock kitchen inventory as needed
- Keep our Restaurant neat, clean and orderly at all times
- Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
- Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
- Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
- Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
- Support wherever needed, as we hire Team Members (not positions)—everyone is expected to contribute across all areas of the restaurant.
- Handle cash responsibly, accurately perform transactions, and demonstrate strong basic math skills.

- Must have full availability from open to close on Friday and Saturday
- Availability must remain consistent and unchanged during the first 90-day probationary period
