The Opportunity
Growth creates opportunity! We are seeking an A-Player to join our hard working team, below are details regarding the position.
Main Responsibilities:
- Complete daily job status reports
- Work with Operations Manager and landscape supervisors to delegate workload to crews
- Walk job sites prior to the assigned start date
- Work with supervisors to train crew leads and crew members on-site
- Work with landscape supervisors and crews on job sites to meet deadlines
- Install timers, help troubleshoot irrigation systems
- Ability to estimate
- Communicate with estimators and production managers on project timelines
- Remove snow on an on-call basis
Qualifications:
- Able to lead other leaders
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
- 3+ years of Landscape Supervisor experience preferred
- 5+ years of Commercial Landscape Installation experience required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and use of architectural scale ruler
- Able to pass a drug test
