Cutting Edge is in search of a strong leader that leads by example to join our Landscape Installations team. This position requires a lot of attention to detail, high levels of efficiency and time management as you will be leading 3-4 installation crews as they with your help will complete commercial jobs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Complete daily job status reports
- Delegate workload to crews
- Walk job sites prior to the assigned start date
- Train crew leads and crew members on-site
- Work with crews on job sites to meet deadlines
- Install timers, help troubleshoot irrigation systems
- Communicate with estimators and production managers on project timelines
- Order materials, equipment and parts
- Oversee equipment maintenance
- Remove snow on an on-call basis
Qualifications:
- Able to lead other leaders
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
- 3+ years of Landscape Supervisor experience preferred
- 5+ years of Commercial Landscape Installation experience required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and use of architectural scale ruler
- Able to pass a drug test
