Requirements:
- Must be available to work varied schedules, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Must be 18 years or older
- Minimum three (3) months experience as a Restaurant Team Member
- Must have reliable transportation
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents
The successful Team Leader is able to:
- Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Solve problems quickly and professionally
- Take responsibility for positive engagement with guests and Team Members
- Be reliable and dependable
- Maintain a safe, clean environment for guests and Team Members
- Ensure proper handling and preparation of ingredients and menu items
- Learn to forecast sales and manage inventory
- Ensure cash control, security, safety, and food quality standards
