As the General Manager, you will be responsible for satisfying customers, developing people, and growing sales and profit. You will have the opportunity to train employees, lead customer service efforts, and serve as a role model for the team.

Requirements:

• Ability to work a minimum of 50 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• At least one year of related experience and/or training
• Ability to read, write, and interpret documents
• Ability to promote a positive team atmosphere and opportunities for growth
• Must have a valid driver's license

The successful General Manager is able to:

• Address and resolve guest inquiries and concerns
• Take responsibility for positive engagement with guests
• Recruit, hire, develop, and motivate team members
• Maintain a safe and comfortable work environment
• Ensure proper storage, handling, preparation, and presentation of ingredients and menu items
• Maintain a local marketing program to drive sales
• Manage administrative responsibilities such as employee timekeeping, inventory management, and sales reporting
