Key Responsibilities
- Use the correct tools to prepare, cook, and present our world-famous chicken
- Serve food that meets KFC’s high quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, neat, and well-stocked workspace to ensure food quality
- Deliver quality products quickly and accurately
- Unload, stock, and maintain inventory levels while keeping the work area safe and clean
- Work towards daily restaurant and shift goals
- Follow food safety procedures and report any issues promptly
Qualifications & Skills
- Fun, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude with excellent communication skills
- Reliable and punctual with flexible availability including weekends and shifts
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely (fryers, ovens, etc.)
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs, push/pull up to 90 lbs, and stand/walk for most of the shift
- Good personal grooming and teamwork mindset
- Must be at least 16 years old
