What You’ll Do
- Provide occupational therapy assistance under the supervision of a licensed OT
- Help patients regain independence and daily living skills in their homes
- Observe, document, and communicate patient progress to the care team
- Support safe home environments and functional mobility
- Educate patients and families to promote long-term success
Who You Are
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
- Comfortable working independently in the home setting

- Motivated by meaningful, one-on-one patient care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) program
- Active COTA certification and current California state licensure
- Minimum 1 year of experience (home health preferred, not required)
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
- Current CPR certification
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
- Ability to complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner
Schedule Options
We are currently hiring for Full-Time and Per Diem COTA opportunities.
Scheduling preferences will be discussed during the interview process to ensure the best fit.
