We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Account Executive to grow our presence throughout San Luis Obispo County, partnering with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and community providers to connect patients with the home health services they need.
This is a high-impact role for someone who understands the local healthcare market and thrives on building trust, opening doors, and driving growth.
What You’ll Do
As our Home Health Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for expanding Choice Home Health’s referral network while serving as a trusted partner to healthcare providers across the region.
You will:
- Conduct in-services, presentations, and educational meetings with referral partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, SNFs, ALFs, and community providers
- Promote Choice Home Health’s full range of clinical services
- Work closely with agency leadership to execute marketing and growth strategies
- Maintain referral source activity and account data in our CRM
- Manage a structured territory plan with regular referral source visits
- Develop and execute quarterly sales and growth strategies
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends in San Luis Obispo County
Who You Are
You’re a confident communicator who knows how to open doors and build lasting partnerships. You’re comfortable working independently, managing a territory, and driving results in a competitive healthcare market.
You bring:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, professional, and customer-focused mindset
- Strong business and problem-solving skills
- A valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- At least 2 years of home health or healthcare marketing experience preferred
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and referral growth goals
