As Executive Director, you will lead a dedicated team serving patients and families throughout Fresno and surrounding communities, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, high-quality home health care that helps patients heal, regain independence, and thrive at home. This role provides the opportunity to oversee clinical, operational, and financial performance while fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and patient-centered excellence.
With over 25 years of service across Fresno, Kings, Madera, San Joaquin, San Mateo, Santa Clara, Stanislaus, and Tulare Counties, Focus Home Health is a two-time Home Health Care Elite Award winner. Responsibilities
- Provide leadership, oversight, and supervision to agency team members
- Drive quality patient care, positive outcomes, and sound decision-making
- Plan, direct, and evaluate daily agency operations
- Ensure effective orientation, training, and ongoing staff education
- Develop, manage, and monitor agency budgets and financial performance
- Prepare and review financial, statistical, and operational reports
- Ensure compliance with State, Federal, Medicare, Medi-Cal, and local regulations
- Oversee hiring, supervision, performance evaluation, and termination of staff
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years of home health and/or supervisory/administrative experience
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- RN license preferred
