Account Executive
POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Home Health Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling and growing our home healthcare services to physicians, hospitals and the long-term care market.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct in-services and presentations regarding our services to referral sources
- Promote professional relationships with physicians, care facilities, and any other customers
- Consult with agency leaders on all aspects of marketing/sales activities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with referral sources
- Interact with supervisor regarding maintenance of accounts in CRM
- Design a regular schedule of visits to all referral sources in a geographically defined market
- Develop quarterly sales strategy
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Display excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Solid problem-solving and business acumen skills
- Valid driver’s license and insurance
- Minimum of two years of home health marketing experience is preferred with a track record of meeting sales expectations
